This notice explains how personal data is processed on www.mehmettorni.com and app.mehmettorni.com and in communications made through these sites. It is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The cookie section follows the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority's Guide on Cookie Practices.

2. What personal data do we process?
- Contact and quote data: your name, company, email address, phone number and message content when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone. The brief template does not send data to our server; what you type is kept only as a draft in your browser and reaches us only if you send it by WhatsApp or email.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information recorded automatically by the hosting server.
- Cookie data: if you give permission, online identifiers, device and browser information, pages visited and ad interactions collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

4. Transfers of personal data
Your personal data may be shared, only for the purposes above and as far as necessary, with our hosting provider (Türkiye), email and messaging service providers, our accountant and competent public authorities where required by law. If you give permission, data collected through cookies is transferred to Google LLC, Meta Platforms and Apollo.io, whose servers are located abroad, mainly in the USA. Such transfers are made in line with Article 9 KVKK and, for cookies, on the basis of your explicit consent. If you choose to write to us by WhatsApp or email, your messages pass through the infrastructure of that service provider.
5. Collection method and retention
Data is collected electronically through the messages you send us, automatic server logs and (to the extent you allow) cookies. Correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after your request is completed and, if a business relationship is established, for the periods required by law (e.g. Turkish Tax Procedure Law No. 213 and Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102); it is then deleted or anonymised. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table below.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Apart from strictly necessary cookies, no cookie and no tracking code that sets one is loaded until you give permission. On your first visit, "Reject" and "Accept" are offered equally; under "Settings" you can allow analytics and marketing cookies separately. Your choice applies to both sites and is asked again after 180 days.
Google tags run with Google Consent Mode v2: no cookie of a type you have not allowed is written.

Other information stored in your browser: what you type into the brief template is kept only in your own browser (localStorage, mt-brief-taslak-*) so it is not lost if you close the page; it is not sent to us, and you can delete it with the form's "Clear form" button.
YouTube videos: videos on our pages are not loaded until you press play. When you play one, it opens through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); from that point Google may process data under its own privacy policy.
Changing your choice: use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page or the button below. When you withdraw consent, the related tracking cookies are deleted from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under Article 7 KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Please send requests to info@mehmettorni.com or in writing to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you find the answer insufficient, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
8. Changes
We may update this notice when necessary; after a material change your cookie choice will be asked again.
