Four tips for writing a brief
Start with the goal
A concrete goal such as “explain how it works to a stand visitor in 20 seconds”, rather than “promote our product”, shapes the script directly.
Share technical files early
With a CAD file or technical drawings, modelling is faster and dimensions are exact. Without them, photos and measurements are enough.
Be clear about where it will be used
A trade show screen, Instagram and a website need different lengths and formats. Known from the start, scenes are planned for each format.
Show examples
Two or three videos you like explain far more than a long description. Noting what you dislike helps too.
